Founder of "Anzoategui & Asociados" in 2000. Her offices are located in the heart of Buenos Aires, a few blocks away from the Courthouse, at 681 Rodríguez Peña Street, 2nd floor, Ap. 4, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She performs her activity with an interdisciplinary team of partners, constituting a consultancy in national and international arbitration, which deals with comprehensive advising of companies

In addition, Nancy Teresa Anzoategui, is in charge of the international arbitration team at HANEI, in the city of Texas in the United States.

She specializes in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration. She has extensive experience in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of major institutions, including ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICSID. She focuses her work in Spanish-speaking countries, in various sectors, mainly energy, oil and gas, and construction.

She worked as an assistant to International arbitrator Horacio Grigera Naon in Washington D.C. USA from 2018 to 2021

Among other activities, she:

Organized the 1st Congress on “NATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL AND INVESTMENT COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION” in the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital (CPACF), gathering 56 international arbitrators from various countries. Buenos Aires, Argentina. November 7 and 8, 2016.

She organized and conducted, together with the Argentine Chamber of Commerce, the CAM-CCBC Center for Arbitration and Mediation of Brazil, and the Argentine National Chancellery, a conference on international commercial investment arbitration at the headquarters of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce that included, among the speakers and public, the most outstanding specialists and arbitrators of the field in Latin America. 2017

Participated in the reform of the Argentine National Civil and Commercial Code in relation to the Chapter on arbitration contract; participated in the bill of international commercial arbitration together with the National Judicial Branch, giving master classes in the different provinces of Argentina on behalf of the Honorable Congress of the Argentine Nation.

She lectures in several countries on international commercial and investment arbitration.
